The Ministry of Health of Mexico reported this Thursday that the country added in the last 24 hours more than 18,000 new cases and 1,500 deaths from covid-19, for a total of 1,825,000 confirmed infections and 155,000 deaths. With these figures, Mexico ranks thirteenth in the world in the number of infections and remains the fourth country in the world with the most deaths from the pandemic, behind the United States, Brazil and India, according to the Johns Hopkins University.
