At approximately 4:54 p.m., Sunday afternoon police responded to the area of Kennedy Rd and Munham Gate for a driver shooting from a vehicle to a tow truck. Toronto police say that they located a victim suffering from gunshot wounds, the victim was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Police are actively searching for a suspect. This is the third shooting in the District of Scarborough involving a tow truck in less than 24 hours.
