BGH, Kohl widow fails with lawsuit against author of the Kohl protocols, archive images

  • Das neu gestaltete Grab des frueheren Bundeskanzlers Helmut Kohl (CDU), der am 16. Juni 2017 im Alter von 87 Jahren starb, im Adenauer-Park in Speyer (Foto vom 28.10.2025). Wo zuvor ueber Jahre hinweg ein schlichtes Holzkreuz stand, erinnert nun ein 2,50 Meter hoher Gedenkstein aus hellgelben Sandstein mit der Inschrift Kanzler der Einheit und Ehrenbuerger Europas an den verstorbenen Altkanzler. Errichtet wurde das Grabmal von dessen Witwe Maike Kohl-Richter. Damit endet ein achtjaehriger Streit der Witwe und der Angehoerigen um das unfertige Grab.
