Die Lichtspindel, oft auch als Lichtkegel oder Spiegeltrichter bezeichnet, ist das architektonische und energetische Herzstück im Inneren der Glaskuppel des Reichstagsgebäudes, dem Sitz des Deutschen Bundestages in Berlin. Er erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen und wird von der weithin sichtbaren, 23 Meter hohen Glaskuppel gekrönt, durch die Tageslicht in den Saal geleitet wird. Das Reichstagsgebäude in Berlin ist der offizielle Sitz des Deutschen Bundestages. Die Außenansicht ist geprägt von der historischen Neorenaissance-Fassade des Architekten Paul Wallot und der modernen, weithin sichtbaren Glaskuppel von Lord Norman Foster.
