Traditional Bear Christmas took place at Medvedarium (bear enclosure) at Cesky Krumlov Castle and Chateau, Czech Republic, on December 24, 2023. In the moat where the three bears live, Jan Cerny, a bear breeder, and his friends prepared Christmas trees, which they decorated with various delicacies. They then put more food in other places in the enclosure. People could watch the oldest bear, Maria Theresa, and the younger ones, Vilem and Polyxena. For the second year, the Schwarzenberg Grenadier Guard of Honour supervised the Christmas feeding. (CTKxPhoto VaclavxPancer) CTKPhotoP2023122402792 CTKPhotoP2023122402792
